steamers breathe air under wallpaper to release adhesives for easier removal
painpoints discovered: users were upset with messy cords, unaware of when the unit was heated & ready to use, confused as to where to set it down for breaks, and thought the unit was obtrusive and heavy
The Wagner Renew has a smaller tank & lighter weight, an integrated steamplate storage area, a fill cap which whistles when the unit is heated, a rubber hand wheel which retracts the steam tube to store within the unit, and a retractable power cord to minimize tangles.
